Here I give a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit my website. Personal data is all the data with which you personally identify yourself. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in  under this text data protection declaration.


I, Katja Gerbig, take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on meine seiten, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties

I process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned. I give your personal information only

to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent,

  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with you,

  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation,

the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.

Deletion or blocking of the data

I adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. I store your personal data only for as long as this is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose has ceased to exist or these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted as a matter of routine and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Server log files

Host Europe Host Europe GmbH, Hansestrasse 111, 51149 Cologne (external link), is my service provider, who automatically collects and stores information in their server log files that your browser transmits to us.

These are:

  • Browser type and browser version

  • the operating system used

  • the previously visited page (= referrer URL)

  • Host name of the accessing computer (= IP address)

  • the time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons for Hosteurope or for spiritrisingyoga. This data is not merged with other data sources. Moreover, after a statistical analysis, the data will be erased.

I have concluded a corresponding agreement on order data processing with Hosteurope. Hosteurope undertakes to comply with the data protection rules of the GDPR and the legal requirements.


In order for these technologies to work properly, a small data file (“cookie”) must be downloaded and stored on your device. As standard, we use various permanent cookies for the purposes of session and user authentication, security, remembering user preferences (e.g. default language and

SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

If you want to visit me on facebook  you can click on the link. Then the Facebook page opens and you then have to log in to Facebook.

While you are logged into your Facebook account or were previously logged in, Facebook can link the content of my pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to my pages with your user account. I point out that I, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how it is used by Facebook. Contact option via my website

Due to legal regulations, my website  contains information that enables quick electronic contact with me and direct communication with me, which is also a general address for so-called electronic mail (email address) includes.
