Yin yoga

Here I will introduce you to the basics and essence of Yin Yoga and introduce you to the magical world of yoga of absolute "letting go" in a beautiful exercise sequence.

 

Hardly any other yoga practice is able to connect us to our center in such a gentle and passive way...

Here the focus is on feeling & careful perception, on stretching & compressing, by working passively with the musculoskeletal system and tension is released automatically.

It's not about movement, it's about stillness! Wonderfully fitting in the often not so contemplative pre-Christmas period, you will find a special island of peace and strength in this Yin Yoga workshop, which will allow you to return to your everyday life refreshed and harmonized!
