Yoga Therapy & Coaching 2022

In yoga therapy, you and your resources always come first.

What are your strengths, your inclinations, your talents, what do you bring with you and where is your potential that needs to be further developed!

It is also about recognizing which circumstances, behaviors and habits have exhausted your resources or thrown your state of health out of balance.


In its holistic view of the human being, yoga therapy is based on the interactions and dynamics of body, breath, mind, nutrition and lifestyle -

and their impact on overall health. On mind, body and soul.

The yoga therapy practice is always individually adapted to a person - depending on age, state of health (on all three levels) and the current life situation.

Finally, within yoga therapy, I use tailored and individually modified methodsYoga techniques such as yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), sequences of movements (kriyas), meditation, mind control and deep relaxation.

Here you can get an overview of the different coaching sessions that I offer.

All three branches come from the great, wonderful treasure of yoga and are based above all on my training as a Hatha yoga teacher (RYS500), Kundalini yoga teacher (KRI 600), hormone yoga teacher (AYA200), yoga therapist and Ayurveda therapist.
