What is "Hormone Yoga" and what does it do?

The exercises in hormone yoga come largely from Kundalini yoga and (re)activate and harmonize the function of the internal organs and especially hormone production in a natural way.

Hormone yoga is also about respecting the body, getting to know it better and being able to influence it positively.

My hormone yoga program is especially aimed at women, because the exercises particularly stimulate the female sex organs, such as the ovaries, the pelvic floor, including the uterus and the internal organs that are also responsible for the production of female hormones - the pituitary gland, the thyroid gland and the adrenal gland.

Maintaining the health of the female breast (glands and tissue) also plays a central role in my hormone yoga classes.

In my hormone yoga courses I use special postures (asanas), special breathing techniques and exercises for inner energy management.

This special combination of dynamic yoga exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques forms a holistic system that, together with a balanced diet, the "right" inner attitude and a healthy lifestyle, can achieve many positive effects:

  1. regular cycle

  2. Relief from menstrual cramps

  3. emotional balance and mood elevation

  4. Increase in vitality and joie de vivre

  5. new/increased body awareness

  6. Relief of menopausal symptoms

  7. Strengthening of the pelvic floor

  8. increase in libido

  9. Strengthening of the immune and nervous systems

Women who practice hormone yoga also report positive effects on their external beauty, such as more beautiful, radiant skin and eyes and stronger, shinier hair.

...but it's best to try it out and see for yourself!! :)
